, 1 inch keyed output shaft, recoil and electric start with charging circuit. I bought this engine brand new and it has very few hours on it. Throttle cable mounting plate that I made included. Engine mounting holes have been enlarged to 3/8 to accomodate the vibration isolators. Runs perfect needs nothing. Hub on shaft does not go with engine but I will sell it for 30 dollars. My loss is your gain!
